Welcome to the Irwin Mitchell Trainee Solicitor Recruitment Website. This will give you an insight into the firm and the diverse areas of law (and cities!) in which we practice. It should also answer your questions regarding our recruitment process but if you require further information, we would encourage you to contact the recruitment and development team.

Like many of my colleagues at Irwin Mitchell, I have been with the firm since I was a trainee. As a trainee, I got involved in a wide range of interesting and varied cases where I was given the opportunity to test and develop my skills fully, whilst being given the support to ensure that I was prepared for life as a solicitor.

Throughout my time here, I have continued to be challenged and as a result have continued to develop both professionally and personally. Having recently celebrated my 20th Anniversary with the firm, I am looking forward to the new and exciting challenges that the coming years will bring.

As a partner, I feel very privileged to be involved in the trainee solicitor recruitment process which is an essential part of the firm's future. We are looking not only for successful trainees, but also for those with the potential to be future solicitors and partners of the firm.
